We have big news - we're buying a house! We've been looking for about a month now and have a bid in for a great house, we're just waiting on the bank to accept/decline our offer. There's been a bit of a fiasco with it so it's not for sure, but we're hopeful. :) It's in a great spot, (walking distance to a Starbucks!) needs very minimal work, and has an AWESOME gazebo thingy in the backyard! I call it a "gazebo thingy" because I'm not sure of what it's really called - it's actually a stucco patio structure with a space for a spa or large bbq, and it even has ceiling fans and lighting built in, along with wiring and a place to mount a tv, and a wet bar!

Kids' bathroom - we would definitely replace the pedestal sink with a vanity, but I love the moulding on the wall!

We are also going back to look at another house that caught our interest on Monday or Tuesday, I'll post more on that later! Hope everyone is doing well!
