Things have been going well with the house. Nic finished the wood flooring in the hall last weekend, it looks great!

For Mother's day, I decided I wanted to clear out the gravel in the front flower bed that the neighborhood cats had been using as a litter box, and plant some flowers. We did that, and it came out beautifully! That started a flower addiction for me, so now I have the front bed, an ever growing container garden, and plans for another 2 beds out in the backyard. I've never been able to keep flowers alive before (which at the time I didn't know was because of a raw sewage leak... eew.) All of the current flowers are flourishing!
My favorite flower - Hydrangeas

Asters - they're multi - colored, but the current blooms are pink.

Some pink Perennials:

Some annuals that I don't remember the name of, but they're pretty...

My Chocolate Mint - it's a hybrid mint that smells just like an Ande's Candy. I can't wait until it's mature so I can cook with it!

My hanging basket. The taller flowers only have two little blooms on them, but they have a TON of buds that should be opening any time.

That's it for now, I'll update again soon!
